Can I have the second bedroom switched out for home office furniture? We would be more than happy to accommodate your furniture requests; however, there is a $75 fee per delivery for changes made after you have moved in. Specific furniture choices arranged prior to move-in are not subject to a delivery fee. We would be more than happy to accommodate your requests; however, outdoor grills may be prohibited by the specific community. Please call your leasing agent for more information.
